Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that this may vary slightly depending on order volume. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is a delay in your order, we will contact you via email or phone.​

Local Delivery & Pickup (The Bahamas Only)

​

We offer local delivery at a fee of $2.00 within New Providence, The Bahamas. We do not offer shipping to family islands as yet. Delivery is free for orders over $120. Deliveries are scheduled based on your availability to receive the package.

Free pickup is also available at our home-based salon:
Treasured Tresses – Dolphin Drive, Nassau, Bahamas

Pickup hours are during our operating hours.
